Al Shaw Fund Raising Golf Tournament Last Sunday, September 17, 2006, your Lodge sponsored a Golf Tournament for Al Shaw's benefit. 53 golfers participated. 85+ sponsor signs were sold at $10 a piece. Your Lodge and Legion each sponsored 18 holes. Several non-golfers provided additional cash contributions as well. No prizes were paid out in order to maximize the benefits. The food and beverages for the participants were all provided by your Lodge. Larry and JD extends their thanks to all the volunteers that gave of their time to make this event possible. A total of $3157 was raised for Al. Way to go guys and a heart felt thank you from the rest of us.
